Bob follows the employee benefits marketplace for product updates and changes. He helps clients balance their compensation packages to include employee benefits that best fulfill the needs of the employer and employee. Previously, Bob worked as the General Manager for a building material corporation before moving to the insurance industry with Prudential Financial. Bob has been with Mang since 1999. Bob is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
