EQUIPMENT COVERAGE

• Policy is issued to the named insured; not part of a Master Policy.
• Coverage is provided for sound and photographic equipment, other related equipment, your music library, your lenses and cameras for direct physical loss or damage (subject to standard exclusions), while on or off your premises.
• You may add to the policy coverage for your computer(s) used in your business. Loss caused by electrical or mechanical breakdown is excluded.
• Coverage may be extended to cover direct physical loss or damage to trailers registered to your business.
• Valuation is provided on a Replacement Cost basis, with no depreciation.
• A $250.00 deductible applies in any one occurrence. A $500.00 deductible applies in any one occurrence to loss caused by theft.
• Loss caused by theft from an unattended vehicle is excluded unless there are visible signs that the loss was the result of forced entry.
• Property acquired during the policy term may be added to the policy by contacting your insurance agent.
• Coverage is provided in the United States and its territories or possessions.

GENERAL LIABILITY

• Coverage for damages that you become legally obligated to pay because of Bodily Injury or Property Damage from your business operations on and off your premises.
• Policy is issued to the named insured and is not part of a Master Policy.
• Limits are not shared with other members of the association.
• Comprehensive General Liability limits of:
  
  
  • $2,000,000 per occurrence/$4,000,000 aggregate
  • $1,000,000 Products and Completed Operations
  • $1,000,000 Personal Injury
  • $300,000 Fire Damage Legal Liability
  • $5,000 Medical Expense per person
• Standard policy exclusions apply.
• There is no deductible for bodily injury.
• Blanket Additional Insured endorsement
• Fire Damage Legal Liability Limit increase to $300,000
• Injury to co-workers may be added through Travelers Xtend Endorsement®
